I am a counselor with over fifteen years of experience, working with a diversified client population throughout the world. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the Ivy League Institution Columbia University – NYC, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Interfaith Clinical Education in Psychological Pastoral Counseling from the prestigious Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion (HUC-JIR), NYC. I am currently ABD pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology in California.

I am a psychological generalist who works with individuals, couples, and families using an integrative approach. The clients I serve find themselves being negatively impacted by unfortunate experiences in their lives. The three most prevalent commonalities are anxiety, stress, and prolonged feelings of sadness or depression. These symptoms can be accompanied with experiences of loss; loss of appetite, money, function, energy, employment, relationships, and oftentimes pleasure. This psychological distress can be rooted in fear, guilt, loneliness, disappointment, anger, resentment, and simple dissatisfaction.

If you are experiencing any of these or something similar, I first want to assure you that YOU are NOT alone. Come let me walk with you into your healing, and help guide you to reclaiming a good and balanced quality of life.
